No API key. GET only. The host is the country: this page is ee. Add ?country=ee, lv, lt or fi to read another market. A price is euros. null means the menu did not print a price. The same paths work on restohinnad.ee, lv.restohinnad.ee, lt.restohinnad.ee and fi.restohinnad.ee.
Every restaurant with a menu. Filter by name, city or kind. With ?id= you get one.
